Properly trained facilitators are highly effective at creating team environments when using high elements. Generally high elements are considered the most memorable challenge course experiences because of the anxiety and exhilaration participants feel during these activities.
High elements are usually installed 10 – 15 metres above ground, requiring a belay system for safety. Whether it is traversing a Cat Walk beam or committing to zip off a Tandem Zip Wire, these elements allow participants to go far beyond their perceived limits. Participants often come away with a clearer understanding of their capabilities and a greater willingness to tackle new challenges in their lives.
